Hardware design
We create the control cabinet plans including the terminal diagrams, the cable lists, the parts lists and the assembly plans. Our design is based on your specific requirements and delivery specifications. In hardware design, we work with CAE systems, EPLAN P8 and Zucken E³.series.
Software design
We develop the optimal software for you to control your conveyor system and components. If you wish, we can network our conveyor technology and components with your existing production and intralogistics. This enables us, for example, to integrate processing and assembly stations, communicate with other material flow systems, visualise the work processes and equip them with remote maintenance software. We use various bus systems for control and communication. We work primarily with ASI bus, I/O Link and the PROFINET bus system. Programming and visualisation are mainly done with the Siemens TIA Portal.
Retrofit of plants and machines
